Store Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for day-to-day store
operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising
employees. The Store Manager is also responsible for store
profitability, expense control, inventory levels, and shortage control.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Promote excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely professional manner.
- Develop and assign tasks appropriately to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept.
- Ensure that all merchandise is stocked, attractively displayed and priced correctly.
- Train all employees through the use of Computer Based Training programs on all job aspects including safety and customer service
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
- Ability to work on a computer or acquire the skills necessary to work on a computer
- Ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
- Pass the drug test
Compensation Range
$24,000 - $41,100 annually depending on previous experience
Quarterly bonus potential, Quarterly bonuses typically range from $400 to $3,800 (Annual amounts from $1,600 to $15,200).
