Paid Holidays
Our stores remain open during the holidays. If you are a store
employee and you are scheduled to work and you do work on any of the
holidays listed below, you will receive holiday pay. If you do not work
on the
holiday, you will not be eligible for this benefit.
Non-exempt store personnel will be paid time and a half for hours worked on these holidays.
Holidays Observed:
- New Year’s Day (January 1st)
- Labor Day
- Easter Sunday
- Independence Day (July 4th)
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day (December 25th) Holidays begin at 5 a.m. on the
actual holiday and end at 5 a.m. on the following day except for
Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Christmas and New Years Holiday Pay Schedule:
- 12 midnight on Christmas Eve to 11:59 p.m. on Christmas Day.
- 12 midnight on New Year’s Eve to 11:59 p.m. on New Year’s Day.
