Dental Insurance
You have the option of selecting from two dental programs, Plan 1 or
Plan 2 as shown on this page. The difference on the dental plans is
what is considered basic and major procedures on each plan. You do not
have to be enrolled in any other plan to enroll in one of the dental
plans. Eligible dependents can participate in the dental program and
would receive the same plan chosen by the employee.
There is no reason for poor dental health. With all the advances in
dental care, regular checkups and proper dental maintenance, no one
should suffer from tooth decay or dental disease. By participating in
one of the dental programs, you have the opportunity to make regular
checkups much easier and less costly.

Both
plans include access to a Network. You have the option of choosing a
participating or non-participating provider and would receive the
benefits shown for Plan 1 and Plan 2, whichever plan is chosen. A
participating provider is a dentist who has entered into an agreement
to provide services to you at a specific fee.
