Circle K opens the doors of its newest store in Laredo, located at 3710 U.S. Highway 83 (South Zapata and Southgate), and invites everyone to join them for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration on Friday, August 19th at 10:30 a.m. The SSP/Circle K family, along with the Laredo Chamber of Commerce, Judges Hector Liendo and Ricardo Rangel, McGruff and the Laredo Crimestoppers, as well as other community leaders will be on hand to welcome neighbors and friends to the new store.
To welcome its guests, Circle K will be serving up great food and great deals. The Laredo Taco Company will provide sampling of some of its signature items, such as carne guisada, sizzling beef and chicken fajitas, and tasty asado de puerco. If it’s something sweet you’re craving, Circle K will be sampling delicious Mexican treats like pan dulce, paletas, and dulces, along with fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts, and creamy Blue Bell ice cream. For breakfast and lunch, the Laredo Taco Company will offer hot, homemade tacos for a quarter. Circle K will also offer a lunch combo of a jumbo hot dog, a Coca Cola, and bag of Frito Lay chips for 50 cents. All proceeds will go to the Webb County Area Justice Foundation, a non-profit organization which benefits the elderly, low-income families, and at-risk youth.
There will be special appearances by characters such as Twinkie the Kid, Chester Cheetah, Elsie the Cow, and Patito Gansito, which will surely delight children of all ages, and adults will enjoy the opportunity to win several prizes, including the grand prize of $500 of free gas!

Whether it is gasoline, a hot cup of your favorite Café de la Casa coffee, a homemade taco or lunch plate from the Laredo Taco Company, a fresh fruit cup, or snacks, Circle K has it.
